dc.description	The thesis is devoted to scientific analysis of the problem of transformation ofcultural values gifted person in modern society, which is not represented in thenational cultural theories.The paper considers the phenomenon of giftedness as one of the mostimportant and fundamental components of the system of deep relationships betweenman and culture and art. It is proved that the crisis of values in modern society isparticularly important cultural achievements of gifted person, endowed with greatintellectual and moral values and aesthetic perfection, which reflected the specific of the spiritual culture of Ukrainian people.The author of the thesis approaches the multifaceted, complex and modern development of theoretical and methodological foundations of research and adequateexplanation of the process of transformation of cultural values gifted person from theposition of focus on the features of the formation of intelligence, ability, culturalneeds, interests and demands in today's society. The tendency to dynamically "re-consciousness" gifted person, caused by the increasing differentiation in theformation of its material and spiritual needs as many types and styles of life throughcomplex discursive strategies culturally relevant it out successfully. The paper presents the results of evaluation experts state and prospects ofgifted person in the context of the artistic culture of Ukraine, which showed that among the various functions of art at the minimum or average levels are as follows:moral, transmission and preservation of family values through art, enhance creativepowers of the individual, ideological Education, formation of an active civic positionby means of art, demonstration of cultural patterns of behavior in various lifesituations, forms The teaching of the ideal, the cultivation of a culture of relationshipsand communication. In addition to the traditional segment of "classics" and folkculture, Ukrainian culture and art institutions are rapidly expanding the scope of massculture, which adversely affects the realization of the needs and interests of a giftedperson. The system of traditional functions of art undergoes significanttransformations, which are often of a destructive nature. Particular attention needs tobe given to the functions of raising the feeling of the beautiful means of art, therealization of artistic abilities of the individual and the development of imaginationand feelings, and the tendency towards their inadequate implementation in the futureis revealed. Based on the detection of modern means of increasing the 43 competitiveness of the cultural values of Ukraine in the world (SWOT-analysis, examination and monitoring) in the thesis outlined ways to eliminate contradictionsbetween potentially high opportunity gifted person to analytical work and the realstate of its inclusion in the processes of peer activities and cultural creation inUkraine.It has been proved that digital culture (Digital Culture or E-culture), as a newbranch of cultural and artistic activity, influences the process of transforming thecultural values of modern society, as it is associated with electronic versions ofobjects of cultural heritage: with fine arts; from cinema, television; with performingarts (music, theater, dance, etc.), combined with immovable cultural heritage(exhibition art, cultural landscape); with works that have been organizedelectronically from the very beginning (art of electronic networks, reconstruction invirtual and expanded reality, new interactive stories, etc.); electronic versions ofinstitutions of historical and cultural memory (libraries, museums, archives).Developed modern orbital quantum theory of cultural studies in which giftedperson regarded as a unique subject of new cultural values that belong to a specificcategory of people energy surplus type, with individual creative needs, outstandingintellectual and spiritual achievements, positive prospects own cultural growth. Taking into account the peculiarities of the transformation of the giftedpersonality's cultural values in the direction of updating their form and content, themodern management-strategy of designing the cultural 3-D maps of Ukraine has beendeveloped. On the basis of its substantive basis determined panoramic imagescultural space of Ukraine aimed at introduction of young people to universal culturalvalues of past and present generations of Ukrainian in the new format 3-D, whichpromotes the development of civilization in Ukraine and promote national culturalproducts on world markets.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Дисертацію присвячено науковому аналізу проблеми трансформації культурних цінностей обдарованої особистості в сучасному суспільстві, яка не репрезентована у вітчизняній культурологічній теорії. У роботі наведено результати оцінки експертами стану та перспектив розвитку обдарованої особи-стості в контексті художньої культури України. На основі виявлення сучасних засобів підвищення конкурентоспроможності культурних цінностей Україниу світі (SWOT-аналізу, експертизи й моніторингу) окреслено шляхи усунення протиріччя між потенційно високим рівнем можливостей обдарованої особистості до аналітичної діяльності та реальним станом її включення в процеси експертної діяльності і культуротворення в Україні.Доведено, що електронна культура (Digital Culture, або E-culture) як нова галузь культурно-мистецької діяльності впливає на процес трансформації культурних цінностей сучасного суспільства, оскільки пов’язана з електронними версіями об’єктів культурної спадщини. Розроблено сучасну квантово-орбітальну теорію культурології, у якій обдарована особистість розглядається як унікальний суб’єкт нових культурних цінностей. Презентовано сучасну менеджмент-стратегію проектування культурної 3D-карти України, на основі якої визначено змістову основу панорамних зображень культурного простору України.	uk_UA
