dc.description	In the dissertation research achieved the definition of directions of libraries' activity in the electronic environment, theoretical and methodological substantiationof the specifics of the scientific elaboration of electronic resources and communication models between the institutes involved in circulation of sources of scientific information.The research was conducted at international level (Google Scholar, Open Library, Directory of Open Access Journals, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Scopus, etc.) and national initiatives of electronic libraries (Ukraine, United States of America, France, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Belarus). During the dissertation research, a number of standards, normative legal and methodological documents, including concepts, statutes and regulations on electronic libraries were analyzed.This analysis has proved that the most successful world-wide projects of electronic libraries are being implemented and controlled by national libraries. The role of the national library in most projects is consolidating, but the implementation options that include the allocation of electronic resources on its website are small, which undoubtedly reflects the principle of parity of corporate interaction that is technologically embodied in the functioning of a distributed electronic resource.Reasoned a number of ways and means for realization of network cooperation among library establishments in the context of creation of integrated scientific electronic libraries. Proposed the optimal model for the ukrainian library environment based on the latest trends in the industry (data mining, digital curation, linked data, metadata integration etc.).The research analyzes and systematizes new methodological functions and professional competences acquired by library institutions and their employees with a change in the nature of scientific communication, information flows, etc. The research of the place and role of electronic libraries in the system of scientific communications showed the organic convergence of the subjects of scientific communication (which, besides library institutions themselves, include also archives, museums, research institutes, publishing houses, large Internet bookstores, etc.), a constant tendency to unification of technological chains and forms of the final representation of integrated resources. The main priority of library practice in this context is not the accumulation of funds, but the policy of obtaining and unifying metadata and subsequent representation to the user of proven scientific information.Refined and verified the conceptual-categorical thesaurus for the formation of scientific electronic libraries and the scientificprocessing of electronic documents. Propounded the author's typology of subjects of scientific information sources integration, methodological and technological peculiarities of their functioning are determined depending on the coverage of the user's audience.The conducted research allowed to analyze typological models and forms of the implementation of the electronic library as a means of integrating sources of scientific information. In the entire complex, the full spectrum of the organization of integration of electronic sources of scientific information on the basis of scientific libraries in the national library science was considered for the first time. The system approach to solving the problem was as follows: development of principal models (adapted to the conditions of Ukraine) -research of accessible electronic sources -development of library technological cycles of scientific processing of electronic documents -co-operative interaction of libraries and other scientific institutions -presentation of scientific electronic resources to users.Investigation of the specifics of the scientific elaboration of electronic resources and the models of communication between the institutions involved in the electronic circulation of sources of scientificinformation by the institutes has shown that among the number of ways of network interaction (coordination, cooperation, corporate identity, consortia, specialization, centralization, etc.), the most effective ones for the electronic library are those, based on horizontal relationships with a parity distribution of functional responsibilities. The author's model of the integrated electronic library is proposed, the main components of which are content, compatible software, semantic tools, ontologies (linked data), unified metadata, web interface (virtual user cabinet) and digital curators. Such a model provides a single point of access to all resources and tools of the electronic library, the integration of scientific information sources at the content level, metadata, and entire projects. The results of the research were approval in a complex of library's electronic full-text databases.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У дисертаційному дослідженні здійснено визначення напрямів діяльності бібліотек в електронному середовищі, теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування специфіки наукового опрацювання електронних ресурсів та класифікацію моделей комунікації між причетними до електронного обігу джерел наукової інформації інституціями.Обґрунтовано низку шляхів і засобів реалізації мережевої кооперації бібліотечних установ у контексті створення інтегрованих наукових електронних бібліотек. Запропоновано оптимальну модель для українського бібліотечного середовища, що ґрунтується на новітніх тенденціях розвитку галузі (інтеграція метаданих, інтелектуальний аналіз даних, пов'язані дані, цифрове кураторство тощо).Уточнено й верифіковано понятійно-категоріальний апарат формування наукових електронних бібліотек та наукового опрацювання електронних документів. Наведено авторську типологію суб'єктів інтеграції джерел наукової інформації, з'ясовано методологічні та технологічні особливості їх функціонування залежно від охоплення користувацької аудиторії.Результати дослідження апробовано в комплексі електронних повнотекстових ресурів НБУВ.	uk_UA
