dc.description	Purpose of Article. «Perpetuum mobile» has numerous incarnations in the art human culture throughout its development. This research focuses on the genesis of «perpetual mobile», it features in the art, music and other kinds of creativity with the accent on «Rerpetuum mobile naturae» (natural perpetual motion) and « та «рerpetuum mobile artificae» (artificial perpetual motion). Methodology. The research methodology includes comparative cultural-historical method, which allows us to analyse the emergence of PM symbol. Based on the comparative method, the scientific, technical, artistic and imaginative connotations in philosophy, science, art and music are considered. Scientific novelty. The PM phenomenon in the music theory study has not been constant and general. There was no attempt to systematise PM’s imaginative connotations and compare them to other embodiments of the PM in the sciences and techniques. Therefore, the scientific novelty is to identify the cross-cutting links among PM’s different incarnations and to analyse the development and interaction of diverse samples of this phenomenon transhistorically. Conclusions. Based on the PM genesis study, the author underlines the cohesion and cross-cutting nature of this symbol, which gets different forms in various branches of technical and artistic creativity. It is manifested primarily in the incarnation of common shapes (circle, spiral), and identifies the general trend of scientific, technical and artistic-figurative connotations that give an ability to deeper understanding of the PM’s role in general development of the European culture in XIX-XXI centuries.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Мета роботи. Дослідження присвячене ґенезі «Перпетуум мобіле», його особливостям у техніці, музиці та інших видах творчості з акцентом на «Рerpetuum mobile naturae» – природ- ний вічний рух та «рerpetuum mobile artificae» – штучний вічний рух. Методологія дослідження включає в себе порівняльний культурно-історичний метод, за допомогою якого аналізується виникнення символу «Перпетуум мобіле». На основі компаративного методу розглядаються його наукові, технічні та художньо-образні конотації в філософії, науці, техніці та музиці. Наукова новизна. Вивчення феномену «Перпетуум мобіле» в музичній теорії не мало послідов- ного та узагальнюючого характеру, не було спроб систематизувати образні конотації «Перпетуум мобіле» та порівняти їх із втіленнями в інших науках та техніці. Тому новизна роботи полягає у виявленні наскрізних зв’язків між втіленнями «Перпетуум мобіле» в трансісторичному дослідженні розвитку та взаємовпливу різнобічних зразків даного феномена. Висновки. На основі дослідження генезису «Перпетуум мобіле» виявлено когезію та наскрізність цього символу в різних галузях технічної та художньої творчості, яка проявляється, насамперед, у втіленні загальних форм (коло, спіраль) а також виявляє спільну тенденцію науково- технічних та художньо-образних конотацій, що дає можливість глибшого осмислення ролі «Перпетуум мобіле» в загальному розвитку європейської культури XIX-XXI століть.	uk_UA
