dc.description	The purpose of the article is to learn the European choreography traditions in Ukrainian ballet from the end of the 20th till the beginning of the 21 century. As an example, we will use the ballet «La Fille mal gardée» based on musical scores of P. Gertel and L. Gerold. The methodology of the work contains using of these research methods: general-historical, comparative-historical, analytical, etc. The scientific novelty of the publication is to analyze objectively the artistic peculiarities of choreography editions of "La Fille mal gardée," that has been staged on the Ukrainian ballet scene since the end of 20th till the beginning of the 21 century. Conclusions. From the time it was written (1789) "La Fille mal gardée" has been attracting many famous choreographers. Moreover, those who performed in the leading roles soon became world-famous stars. However, despite their musical basis, all of the spectacles were based on the first staging by J. Dauberval. Artistic peculiarities of choreography editions of «La Fille mal gardée» were up to make the atmosphere of villages` harmony, that was typical for the performances of the end of 18 century, to select right choreography moves, that would keep the specificity of the ancient performances, that were staged on the European scene in the 19th century. Also, they were up to combine plasticity and pantomime and to make people emphasize to the leading actor as well as to corps. We want to emphasize that the specificity of the "Marvel Warnings," as the only ballet performance of the pre-romantic period, which at different times became part of the repertoire of Ukrainian theaters, needs further research. The latter, in turn, contributes to detailing the history of the national ballet theater, increasing information about specific periods of its activity.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Метою публікації стало вивчення європейських хореографічних традицій на українській балетній сцені впродовж ХХ - початку ХХІ століть на прикладі балету «Марна пересторога» (на основі музичних партитур П. Гертеля та Л. Герольда). Методологія роботи включає використання таких культурологічних методів дослідження: загальноісторичного, порівняльно-історичного, аналітичного та біографічного. Наукова новизна публікації полягає в тому, що в ній уперше проаналізовано художні особливості хореографічних редакцій «Марної перестороги», поставлених на українській балетній сцені впродовж ХХ - початку ХХІ століть. Висновки. За час свого існування з 1789 року балет «Марна пересторога» привертав до себе увагу багатьох видатних хореографів, а виконавцями головних партій у ньому ставали зірки балету світового масштабу. Проте всі створені спектаклі, незважаючи на їхню різну музичну основу, міцно спиралися на першу постановку Ж. Доберваля. Художні особливості хореографічних редакцій «Марної перестороги», поставлених на українській балетній сцені, полягали у створенні атмосфери «сільської ідилії», притаманної виставам кінця ХVІІІ століття; підборі танцювальної лексики, що зберігала специфіку давніх постановок, втілених на європейських сценах упродовж ХІХ століття; вдалому поєднання пластичних та пантомімічних «діалогів», які сприймалися як справжні жанрові мініатюри; проникливому розумінні стилістичних ознак постановок солістами та кордебалетом.	uk_UA
