На основі глибокого аналізу цифрової стратегії, інфраструктури та кейсів 3D-оцифрування Лувра (Венера Мілоська, Ніка Самофракійська) запропоновано адаптовану модель впровадження цифрових інструментів для України, що включає стандартизацію, вибір організаційної моделі, використання 3D-технологій у реставрації та науці, формування цифрового фонду та розвиток освітніх ініціатив. The work analyzes the evolution of the concept of the digital museum, international digital heritage standards (Dublin Core, FAIR, IIIF), the methodology for creating digital reproductions, and the specifics of digitizing various types of art objects. Based on an in-depth analysis of the Louvre's digital strategy, infrastructure, and 3D digitization case studies (Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samothrace), an adapted model for implementing digital tools for Ukraine is proposed. У контексті глобальних тенденцій, креативні індустрії демонструють зростаючу значущість як чинник формування економічних систем, культурного капіталу та суспільних цінностей. Серед них кіноіндустрія вирізняється комплексною творчою природою, вираженим проєктним характером діяльності та необхідністю інтеграції висококваліфікованих мультидисциплінарних фахівців. У роботі аналізуються теоретичні основи управління продуктивністю персоналу у креативних індустріях та визначено ключові методи підвищення ефективності роботи творчих кадрів. Авторка розкриває важливість організаційних, економічних та соціальних чинників, що впливають на продуктивність кіноіндустрії, як сегмента креативного сектору. Акцентовано увагу на особливостях формування та управління командою у кінопроєктах, включаючи питання мотивації, лідерства, комунікації та суперечностей у контексті забезпечення продуктивності. Особлива увага приділяється сучасним HR‐практикам у сфері кіно в Україні та підтримки продуктивності персоналу в умовах адаптації до нестандартних умов праці військового стану. У кваліфікаційній роботі розроблені науково-обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо оптимізації та адаптації існуючої системи управління продуктивністю персоналу у кіноіндустрії. що передбачає створення спеціалізованого методичного інструментарію, який враховує специфіку креативної діяльності, необхідність оцінки нематеріальних результатів праці та циклічність (проєктний формат) робочих процесів. Основна мета – забезпечити не лише кількісне, але й якісне зростання ефективності через стимулювання творчого потенціалу. The study is devoted to the study of management practices in the film industry, which operates at the intersection of art, innovative technologies and the paradigm of the creative economy. In the context of global trends, creative industries demonstrate increasing importance as a factor in the formation of economic systems, cultural capital and social values. Among them, the film industry is distinguished by its complex creative nature, pronounced project-based nature of activity and the need to integrate highly qualified multidisciplinary specialists. The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of personnel productivity management in creative industries and identifies key methods for increasing the efficiency of creative personnel. The author reveals the importance of organizational, economic and social factors that affect the productivity of the film industry as a segment of the creative sector. The focus is on the features of team formation and management in film projects, including issues of motivation, leadership, communication and contradictions in the context of ensuring productivity. Special attention is paid to modern HR practices in the field of cinema in Ukraine and supporting personnel productivity in the context of adaptation to non-standard working conditions of military rule. The qualification paper develops scientifically based recommendations for optimizing and adapting the existing personnel productivity management system in the film industry. which involves the creation of a specialized methodological toolkit that takes into account the specifics of creative activity, the need to assess intangible labor results and the cyclical nature (project format) of work processes. У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до поняття культурної ідентичності, розкрито значення образотворчого мистецтва та візуальної культури у процесах національної самоідентифікації. Окреслено еволюцію картинних галерей від традиційних виставкових інституцій до багатофункціональних культурних платформ, що поєднують виставкову, освітню, комунікативну та цифрову діяльність. Досліджено вплив сучасних форматів галерей, зокрема онлайн-експозицій, віртуальних турів, мультимедійних проєктів та інтерактивних практик, на популяризацію українського мистецтва й розширення доступу до культурної спадщини. Висвітлено роль картинних галерей у підтримці сучасних українських митців, формуванні культурної пам’яті та репрезентації національних цінностей у внутрішньому й міжнародному культурному просторі. Обґрунтовано, що сучасні та нові форми діяльності картинних галерей сприяють не лише збереженню культурної ідентичності України, а й її динамічному розвитку відповідно до викликів сьогодення. The qualification thesis is devoted to the study of the role of art galleries in contemporary and new forms of their functioning as an important factor in preserving and developing the cultural identity of Ukraine. The paper analyzes theoretical approaches to the concept of cultural identity and reveals the importance of visual art and visual culture in the processes of national self-identification. The evolution of art galleries from traditional exhibition institutions to multifunctional cultural platforms combining exhibition, educational, communicative, and digital activities is outlined. The influence of modern gallery formats, including online exhibitions, virtual tours, multimedia projects, and interactive practices, on the promotion of Ukrainian art and the expansion of access to cultural heritage is examined. The role of art galleries in supporting contemporary Ukrainian artists, shaping cultural memory, and representing national values in both domestic and international cultural spaces is highlighted.
