Abstract:
Дисертацію присвячено висвітленню специфіки сучасних партійних засобів масової комунікації в бібліотечній інформаційно-аналітичній діяльності, розкриттю підходів вітчизняних бібліотек до комплектування інформацією партійних ЗМК, її збереження та систематизації, організації доступу до неї, створення на її основі аналітичного продукту.
Визначено специфіку партійних ЗМК України як джерела в бібліотечних науково-аналітичних дослідженнях, методичні підходи до опрацювання інформації партійних ЗМК, доведено відображення бібліотечними газетними фондами процесу трансформацій партійної системи України, з’ясовано роль бібліотеки як посередника передачі інформації партійних ЗМК від комунікатора до комуніканта.
Визначено методологічні засади використання в інформаційно-аналітичній діяльності бібліотек інформації інтернет-представництв політичних партій (офіційних сайтів та представництв у соціальних мережах), збереження цієї інформації шляхом її консолідованого представлення в науково-аналітичних продуктах бібліотек, окреслено напрями оптимізації використання в бібліотечно-інформаційній діяльності партійних ЗМК з метою задоволення інформаційних потреб користувачів.

The dissertation is devoted to highlighting the specifics of modern party mass media as an object of library and information activity, disclosing approaches of domestic libraries to completing information of party MMC, its preservation and systematization, organization of access to it, creation of an analytical product on its basis. Determined the specifics of party MMC of Ukraine as a source in library research and analytical studies, methodical approaches to the processing of information of party MMC, proved the reflection by library newspapers funds the process of transformations of the party system of Ukraine, the role of the library as a mediator of the transfer of information of party MMC from communicator to communicant was determined. The methodological principles of use in the information-analytical activity of libraries of information of Internet representations of political parties (official sites and representations in social networks), preservation of this information through its consolidated representation in scientific and analytical products of libraries are outlined, directions of optimization of use in library and information activities the information of party MMC to meet the information needs of users.
