Abstract:
В результаті проведеного дослідження було висвітлено фундаментальні технології та особливо актуальні в умовах сьогодення психологічні способи передачі інформації. Було прослідковано, які технології є більш характерними у сфері комунікативних технологій у корпорацій та як вони проявляються та впливають на імідж. Важливими є технологія міфологізації, позиціювання, візуалізація,
вербалізація. Останній нюанс – це багатовимірність іміджу корпорації. Вона виражається в структурному розгалуженні іміджу на імідж керівника (директора) або дирекційної ради, PR-служби та імідж, створений міжособистісною комунікацією працівників із «зовнішнім світом».
Мета дослідження – це визначення ролі, місця комунікативних технологій в процесі
формування іміджу, виділення актуальних комунікативних технологій та описання особливостей використання технологій у сфері побудови іміджу корпорації. Методологія дослідження полягає у застосуванні системного підходу та системного аналізу при дослідженні комунікативних технологій.
