dc.description	Purpose of Article. The purpose of the study is to reveal the peculiarities of the functioning of the "Soviet program" of ballroom dances contests in the 60s and 80s of the XX century. Methodology. The scientifically objective conclusions are based on the analyzing and systematizing approach that was developed within the historical-chronological principle. Scientific Novelty. The system of introducing the "Soviet program" into the competitive ballroom dancing of the 1960s and 1980s XX century was first-time analyzed as well as its functioning features were revealed. Conclusions. The "Soviet program" of ballroom dances was created according to the principle of folk dances stylization. There were several directions for the development of ballroom dancing in the 1960s and 1980s. of the XX century within the "Soviet program": the implementation of the mentioned program through the holding of various levels competitions to create and perform similar dances according to a regulated "geographic" system; show-competitions of dance floors for the new Soviet dances establishment in the context of the everyday life; activities to create ballroom dance ensembles as an opposition to the pair dancing, based on the individuality of dancers. The perception of ballroom dance as an artistic phenomenon, the condemnation of the standardization, competition, the introduction of simplified mass forms hampered the development of ballroom dance techniques, entailed the lagging of domestic couples in performing skills. State policy in the aspect of spreading the Soviet program faced a nihilistic attitude toward such a repertoire, the desire to fulfill the standardized ballroom dances of the international agenda.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Мета роботи – виявити особливості функціонування «радянської програми» конкурсів бальних танців у 60-80-х рр. ХХ ст. Методологія. Шляхом аналізу та систематизації, застосування історико-хронологічного принципу вдалося дійти об’єктивних наукових висновків. Наукова новизна. Уперше проаналізовано систему впровадження «радянської програми» у конкурсні бальні танці 60-80-х р. ХХ ст., виявлено особливості її функціонування. Висновки. «Радянська програма» бальних танців створювалась за принципом стилізації народних зразків. Існувало декілька напрямів розвитку бального танцю у 60-80-х рр. ХХ ст. з огляду на «радянську програму»: впровадження цієї програми шляхом проведення конкурсів різного рівня на створення та виконання подібних танців за регламентованою «географічною» системою; огляди-конкурси танцювальних площадок для вкорінення нових радянських танців у побут; заходи зі створення ансамблів бального танцю як протидія парному танцю, що базується на індивідуальності танцюристів. Сприйняття бального танцю лише як мистецького феномену, засудження стандартизації, змагальності, впровадження масових спрощених форм гальмувало розвиток техніки бального танцю, спричинило відставання вітчизняних пар у виконавській майстерності. Державна політика в аспекті поширення радянської програми стикалась з нігілістичним ставленням до подібного репертуару, прагненням виконувати стандартизовані бальні танці міжнародної програми	uk_UA
