dc.description	The scientific problem of the presented research is a theoretical substantiation of the content of socio-cultural design in the field of art, the conceptualization of the "Mystetskyi Arsenal" project as a model for the formation of the postmodern artistic space and the world image of Ukraine at the beginning of the XXI century and the actualization of interactive technologies of the presentation of domestic and world art in transnational projects. The concept of time space as the theoretical paradigm of building and designing of national culture and art of transitional periods, in particular postmodern Ukraine of the beginning of the XXI century, is determined. It is substantiated that the time space of culture is a specific form of being of social time space and is characterized by the implementation of cultural activity, the object and subject of which is a person. Spatial and temporal categories, ideological and philosophical representations about space and time become the key to understanding the peculiarities of the cultural era. It has been proved that socio-cultural design in the modern period, which is called Postmodern time, undergoes substantial changes in accordance with the main culturological tendencies and scientific paradigms of the epoch. In the dissertation it is noted that postmodern cultural project is an element of a peculiar rhizome consisting of a mosaic variety of individual, social and artistic practices, which in their multifaceted unity form a complex palette of self-realization of society, individual and culture. The dissertation describes the modern Ukrainian sociocultural situation, which is a "transition in transition", because it is included in the processes of a larger scale. Placements of postmodernism, which declared itself in a situation of a historical breakthrough, were consistent with the socio-cultural situation in Ukraine itself. It is revealed that the presentation of art in the cultural space as a kind of artistic and communicative sight is a complex branch of synthetic art in which different types and genres of arts appear and combine in the new semantic and artistic quality. It is proved that the synthesis of arts – the interaction between different types of artistic and design art – is a prerequisite for the formation of humanistic human habitat. The priority directions and innovative forms of art presentations in the activity of the "Mystetskyi Arsenal" complex, which are a new type of synthetic artistic time space, are grounded, striving to influence the complex, synesthetically all organs of the recipient's senses and turn it into an active participant, co-author of artistic action. It was found out that the exhibition exposition as a specific information system is characterized by the properties of any information system: structural structure, integrity and feedback. The thesis scientifically based innovative festival model complex "Mystetskyi Arsenal", the development of which was directly involved by dissertation is – Biennial "Arsenale 2012", international festivals "Book Arsenal" and "Arsenal of Ideas". Particular attention in the implementation of the "Arsenal of Ideas" is given to improving infrastructure and the Arsenal exhibition of artifacts for children with disabilities. By the example of the "Mystetskyi Arsenal" summarizes the modern world museum experience and demonstrated implementation of national and multinational programs and projects in the artistic continuum of Ukraine in cooperation with museum institutions in the United States, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Ukraine regions. Thus, according to the "Concept of National Art and Culture Complex "Mystetskyi Arsenal"" and the status of the complex as an institution under the patronage of the President of Ukraine in the thesis defines the main tasks of the "Mystetskyi Arsenal" – is the creation of a modern dynamic artistic and educational institution of the new generation, which is a powerful cultural center and the combines in its structure, history of Ukrainian art from antiquity to the present, large-scale art projects and a collection of masterpieces of world art. The "Mystetskyi Arsenal" national cultural and artistic complex should become not only the center of cultural life of the country but, equally important, a demonstrative model that will present the modern Ukrainian cultural practice to the world, its new national brand. The legendary past of the Arsenal, which is closely connected with the outstanding historical figures, has found a new symbolic reading in the present: the militaristic structure is transformed into a high art area, which has all the chances to become an integral part of the panEuropean cultural landscape. It is proved that the project "Mystetskyi Arsenal" today – a large-scale cultural events that the years of active work gathered several million visitors. Projects of complex events become significant cultural life, those determine its further development in the field of art, artistic culture and spirituality. In the following studies, this direction of socio-cultural design has broad prospects, in particular as one of the means of developing a dialogue of cultures in a global context, creating a pan-art global esteosphere.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Дисертація є дослідженням, у якому системно обґрунтовано концепцію часопростору як парадигми мистецького соціокультурного проектування в постмодерному науковому полі, виявлено специфіку та форми презентації художнього простору сучасної України в текстах постмодерного дискурсу, запропоновано авторську модель соціокультурного проекту на прикладі діяльності Національного культурно-мистецького та музейного комплексу «Мистецький арсенал». У роботі обґрунтовано, що часопростір культури являє собою специфічну форму буття соціального часопростору та характеризується здійсненням культуротворчої діяльності, об’єктом і суб’єктом якої виступає людина. У дисертації зазначається, що постсучасний культурний проект – це елемент своєрідної ризоми, що складається із мозаїчного розмаїття індивідуальних, соціальних та мистецьких практик, які у своїй єдності становлять складну палітру самореалізації суспільства, індивіда та культури. Сучасна презентація мистецтва у культурному просторі являє собою складну область синтетичного мистецтва, де художній простір, синтетичний по суті, народжується через нерозривний взаємозв’язок представлених художніх форм. На прикладі проекту «Мистецький Арсенал» у дисертації розроблена цілісна наукова концепція проектного моделювання у галузі мистецтва. Обґрунтовано пріоритетні напрямки та інноваційні форми презентації мистецтва в діяльності комплексу, що являють собою новий тип синтетичного художнього простору. Фестиваль мистецтв визначено як мистецьку подію, яка функціонує за законами художнього комунікаційного видовища і має ряд ознак: синтетичність, нелокальність, соціальну спрямованість, орієнтованість на глядацьку аудиторію.
