dc.description	The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the organizational principles of the formation of the electronic document management system in the information and communication environment of the transport industry infrastructure of Ukraine. The scientific novelty consists in application of the comprehensive approach to analyze thesectorial structure-functional characteristics of the documents flow and circulation in the transport industry, which is due to the influence of the external and internal factors on sectorial documents within different types of transport and orientations (cargo and passenger transportation); and to examine the legal framework in formation of the electronic document management system under conditions of the information and communication environment of transport enterprises. The study made a comparative analysis of the state of the EDMS implementation in different types of transport industry: aviation transport (E-Freight system), maritime transport (-Single Window‖ system), Ukranian railways (-AS MESPLAN‖), which defines the priority development of integrated multimodal EDMS to improve the existing systems. The research suggests the perspective model of the integrated EDMS organization for the transport complex of Ukraine, which substantiates its main ideology - formation of a common information environment on the basis of the corporative EDMS of transport enterprises, based on the principles of interor multimodal information-document communications. The main organizational blocks for the formation of EDMS, such as institutionaland management structure; document management and information technology block, are described.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Дисертацію присвячено обґрунтуванню організаційних засад формування системи електронного документообігу в інформаційно-комунікаційному середовищі транспортної галузі України. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що здобувачем вперше комплексно проаналізовано галузеві структурно-функціональні характеристики документопотоків та документообігу в межах транспортної галузі, які обумовлено зовнішніми та внутрішніми факторами впливу на галузеві документи в межах різних видів транспорту та напрямів (вантажоперевезень та пасажироперевезень); проаналізовано нормативну базу формування системи електронного документообігу в умовах інформаційно-комунікаційного середовища транспортних підприємств. У дослідженні здійснено порівняльний аналіз стану впровадження СЕД в різних видах транспортній галузі: авіаційному транспорті (система E-Freight), морському транспорті (система «Єдине вікно»), на Укрзалізниці (система «АС МЕСПЛАН»), на основі чого виявлено пріоритетність розробки інтегрованої мультимодальної СЕД для удосконалення існуючих систем. Запропоновано перспективна модель організації інтегрованої СЕД для транспортного комплексу України, у якій обґрунтовано головна її ідеологія - формування спільного інформаційного середовища на базі корпоративної СЕД транспортних підприємств на принципах інтер - або мультимодальних інформаційно-документних комунікацій. Охарактеризовано головні організаційні блоки для формування СЕД організаційно-управлінський; документно-діловодний та інформаційно-технологічний блок.	uk_UA
