dc.description	The purpose of the work. The study is associated with the search for methods and principles of landscape-architectural reconstruction of the postindustrial territories of the city, which have lost their original industrial purpose, as well as the definition of the features of the reconstruction of such territories as a way to ensure the sustainability of the urban environment. The methodology of the study is to apply to architectural and planning techniques for the modernization of former industrial zones on the example of European and international experience. The scientific novelty of the work consists in identifying the features of the design of postindustrial landscape parks aimed at revising the place and role of urban spaces in order to restore natural connections and create a balanced development of the “city-nature” system. Comparative analysis of existing methods and principles based on the international experience of landscape and architectural reconstruction of such objects of reconstruction will help best determine the most effective approaches to the formation of landscape and architectural space in the former industrial areas of the city. Conclusions. Understanding the methods of landscape-architectural reconstruction of the postindustrial territories of the city will provide an opportunity to more successfully create spaces returned to nature and people and filled with new content.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Мета роботи. Дослідження пов’язано з пошуком методів і принципів ландшафтно-архітектурної реконструкції постіндустріальних територій міста, що втратили своє початкове промислове призначення, а також визначення у особливостях реконструкції таких територій як засобу забезпечення стійкості міського середовища. Методологія дослідження полягає в застосуванні архітектурно-планувальних прийомів модернізації колишніх промислових зон на прикладі європейського та світового досвіду. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у виявленні методів та принципів проектування постіндустріальних ландшафтних парків, направлених на перегляд місця і ролі міських просторів з метою відновлення природних зв’язків та створення збалансованого розвитку системи «місто-природа». Порівняльний аналіз існуючих методів та принципів, базуючись на зарубіжному досвіді ландшафтно-архітектурної реконструкції таких об’єктів реконструкції, допоможе краще визначити найефективніші підходи до формування ландшатно-архітектурного простору на колишніх промислових територіях міста. Висновки. Осмислення методів ландшафтно-архітектурної реконструкції постіндустріальних територій міста надасть можливість більш вдало створювати простір, повернений природі і людям та наповнений новим змістом.
