dc.description	The world experience the integration of information resources institutions of social memory (libraries, archives, museums), origins, advantages and disadvantages of such integration are analyzed and summarizedin this thesis.The analysis of scientific works of Western researchers on the theoretical and practical bases of forming consolidated information resources, especially in organizing the activities for digitizing library funds, archives, museums, in retention and reutilization of digital surrogates of resources, in coordination activities of specialists of these institutions and their role in the combined processes are presented. Based on in-depth analysis, experience of operation a number of successful international and domestic Internet portals that consolidate digital information from the funds of these institutions, their functional possibility, sources of information filling, ways of consolidating heterogeneous information resources are compared, problems of their introduction and possibilities of implementation of similar resources in Ukraine are clarified. The concept of «socio-communicative engineering» form of its appearance, implementation and support in information society as institutional structure is expanded. The prospects and expediency of the development and personification of consolidated information resources of social memory institutions at the level of separate territorial communities, which will serve as a significant information and technological basis for the construction of a nationwide resource are substantiated. The possibilities of providing interconnection between heterogeneous sources of information through the metadata exchange system are investigated, description of the standards of digital historical and cultural objects, which are widely used in the practice of work of social institutes in different countries, are analyzed. The conclusions about the choice of the most suitable Description of a Metadata Standard for the Consolidated Information Resource of a Territorial Community through the comparative analysis of their functional possibilities are made. The concept of «socio-communicative engineering» as a systematic type of social and informational engineering which give a methodological basis and tools for designing and developing modern socio-communicational systems as the basis of the socio-communicative space of «smart» cities and communities is expanded; the expediency of using the methods of the system approach and system analysis in the modeling of consolidated information resources are proved. There are analyzed the main functional capacities of the most popular platforms for the construction of digital libraries and depositories from the point of view of the possibilities of presentation and description of electronic collections of libraries, archives and museums of territorial communities. The verbal model of the consolidated information resource of the territorial community that expressed in the constructed diagrams ispresented: functional, «entity-relationship» and use case diagrams for each of the determined actors (users) of the system depending on the distribution of their roles. A prototype of a website - the only access point to the consolidated information resources of an arbitrary territorial community is developed. This detailed modeling builds up a solid, fundamental base for further practical realization of the entire system information project.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У дисертації комплексно проаналізовано світовий досвід об’єднання інформаційних ресурсів установ соціальної пам’яті (бібліотек, архівів, музеїв); здійснено порівняння функціональних можливостей, джерел наповнення інформації, способів консолідації різнорідних інформаційних ресурсів в успішних світових та вітчизняних Інтернет-порталах, що консолідують цифрову інформацію з фондів вказаних установ. Обґрунтовано перспективи та доцільність розробки та втілення консолідованих інформаційних ресурсів установ соціальної пам’яті на рівні окремих територіальних громад як інформаційно-технологічного фундаменту побудови загальнонаціонального ресурсу. Окреслено методологію консолідації різнорідних даних та інструментарій проектування консолідованих інформаційних ресурсів. Представлено вербальну модель консолідованого інформаційного ресурсу територіальної громади та прототип веб-сайту як єдиної точки доступу до інформаційних ресурсів довільної територіальної громади, що вибудовує надійну фундаментальну базу для подальшої практичної реалізації цілісного системного інформаційного проекту.	uk_UA
