dc.description	The dynamics of the information and communication technology system necessitates the reformatting of librarianship in terms of the introduction of digital tools. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of libraries of higher education institutions (HEIs) and the prospects for their development in the context of global digitalization. The study was conducted using general scientific methods of cognition. The main vectors of strategic planning for the development of the library system and the priority areas of their practical implementation in the context of global digitalization are identified. The expediency and prospects of using innovative electronic systems, tools and technologies to optimize the library system of a higher education institution are analyzed.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті розглянуто проблему переформатування бібліотечної справи в напрямі впровадження цифрових інструментів, зумовлену динамікою розвитку системи інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Метою дослідження є аналіз сучасного стану бібліотек закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО) та перспектив їх розвитку в умовах глобальної цифровізації. Дослідження проводилося з використанням загальнонаукових методів пізнання. Визначено основні вектори стратегічного планування розвитку бібліотечної системи та пріоритетні напрями їх практичного втілення в контексті глобальної цифровізації. Проаналізовано доцільність і перспективи застосування інноваційних електронних систем, засобів і технологій для оптимізації бібліотечної системи ЗВО.	uk_UA
