dc.description	Purpose of the article is to analyze some conceptual foundations of humanitarian knowledge of the European theoretical and methodological heritage, on the basis of which the modern image of the intellectual and spiritual personality or best specimens of the nation is formed. Methodology. The research is based on culturological methods, in particular, analytical procedure, synthetic method, hermeneutic, which made it possible to choosе and analyze classical and modern humanitarian and philosophical, social, and political, cultural theories of intellectual spirituality. Scientific novelty. For the first time in the culturological science was attempted based on foreign and national historiography to generalize some fundamental basis of scientific theories which refers to the concepts of intellectual spirituality in theoretical studies of scientists in the humanities branches of knowledge. Conclusions. The research focuses on the classical experience of forming an intellectual-spiritual culture, which stated knowledge contributes to the realization of social progress, provide its spiritual and moral potential from the standpoint of a humanistic-democratic, cultural nation. In the European community, universal spiritual traditions created based on humanitarian knowledge of the ancient and scholastic-theological worldview and integrated into the new intellectual paradigm of natural-rational, scientific-experimental culture have played a decisive role. The most harmonious combination of these two worldviews has historically been realized through university education, the ultimate goal of which is the development of a profoundly spiritual and entirely intellectual personality.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Метою статті є аналіз деяких концептуальних засад гуманітарних знань європейської теоретико-методологічної спадщини, на основі яких формується сучасний образ інтелектуально-духовної особистості, еліти нації. Методологія дослідження. Дослідження базується на культурологічних методах, зокрема аналітичному, синтетичному, герменевтичному, що надало змогу виокремити і проаналізовати класичні і сучасні гуманітарно-філософські, соціально-політичні, культурологічні теорії інтелектуальної духовності. Наукова новизна. Уперше в культурологічній вітчизняній науці на базі зарубіжної та вітчизняної історіографії здійснено спробу узагальнення деякої фундаментальної бази наукових теорій, що стосуються концепцій інтелектуальної духовності в теоретичних дослідженнях вчених гуманітарних галузей знань. Висновки. Визначено, що трансформація традицій інтелектуально-духовної культури особистості та суспільства динамічно розгорталась в порядку синхронності теологічних та науково-експериментальних знань від античності до Ренесансу. Філософські, соціологічні, антропологічні концепції ХІХ-ХХ ст. підтверджують культурологічні погляди дослідників попередніх епох, не виключаючи критичну позицію окремих вчених на стан інтелектуально-духовної культури сучасного їм суспільства.	uk_UA
