Abstract:
У статті представлена спроба предметного аналізу впливу кантівського проекту «вічного миру» на позиції європейських інтелектуалів напередодні Великої війни. Розглядаються типи суспільно-політичного дискурсу війни: націоналістично-патріотичний і гуманістично-космополітичний, який безпосередньо пов’язаний з кантівською ідеєю можливостей унеможливлення війни, а також передумови формування пацифізму і антипацифізму. Досліджується роль еліт в осмисленні проблеми війни і миру в межах фундаментальної дихотомії: держава – індивідуальність, індивід – нація.
