Abstract:
У дисертації за методологією комплексного аналізу розглянуто процес реформування театральної справи в Україні, розпочатий наприкінці 80-х років ХХ століття, досліджено етапи його проходження, визначені основоположні характеристичні риси кожного з етапів.
Реформування театральної справи в Україні введено в контекст базових соціокультурних трансформацій новітнього часу, накреслено основні вектори їх спрямування, з’ясовано їх динаміку та вплив на театральний процес та безпосередню практику київських театральних колективів. Виявлені етапи розвитку театрального студійного руху в м. Києві у 80-90-х роках ХХ століття та творчо-виробничої діяльності «малих» театрів з середини 1990-х до сьогодні.
Особлива увага приділяється процесу реформування самої системи управління міськими театрами, питанню підвищення ефективності подальших шляхів взаємодії керівних органів культури міста з театральними колективами. В дослідженні накреслені перспективні напрямки відродження реформування театральної справи в м. Києві та визначені її можливі механізми.

This thesis on the base of the complex analysis methodology researched the reformation process in the Ukrainian theater, started at the end of the 80-s of the XX century, studied its phases, determined its main characteristics and its most evident features. `
Ukraine theater reform is put into the context of the basic social and cultural transformations, their purposefulness main vectors are decrypted, their dynamic and influence on the Kyiv theater process are made clear. A studio movement in the 80-90-s of the XX century and a creative activity of Kyiv «chamber» theatres in 1990-s till today gave thesis the immediate material.
This thesis focuses on the process of the reformation of the city’s theaters administrating system, on the problem of an increase of the cooperation efficiency of the city’s cultural authorities with theatrical collectives. The research reveals also perspective directions of the city theaters management reformation in Kyiv and its probable mechanisms.
