Abstract:
Дисертацію присвячено проблемі вдосконалення системи підготовки майбутніх фахівців до режисерської діяльності на основі взаємозв`язку творчості і технології мистецтва режисера. На грунті аналізу досвіду провідних режисерів-майстрів розглянуті структурні принципи і закономірності режисерської діяльності як нового способу мислення, нового типу культури, що використовуються як у сферах мистецького життя, так і в реальній життєдіяльності.
У дослідженні розкрито зміст, структуру та компоненти професійної майстерності, виявлено основні функції і якості, необхідні майбутньому фахівцеві, з`ясовано роль сучасних напрямів режисерської діяльності, переважно у масових видах мистецтв, запропоновано сучасну модель програмно-цільового підходу в підготовці режисерів.
Дисертантом розроблено систему активних методів навчання: творчо-ділові ігри, виробничі ситуації, вправи на розвиток творчих здібностей, що дозволило створити модель програмно-цільового підходу у підготовці режисерів, розмежувати та об`єднати різні види діяльності: комунікативно-прогностичний, комунікативно-програмуючий, комунікативно-організуючий.
Увесь комплекс засобів спрямовано на інтерактивну діяльність учасників масового дійства, що виступає і метою, і засобом здійснення програми.
Description:
The thesis is devoted to the problem dealing with the improving of future specialist training in stage director activity on the basis of director creativity and art technology interconnection.
Due to the historical and culturelogical analysis of the leading directors experience,the structural principles and director natural activity, as a new example of thinking, a new type of culture used both in different art spheres and in real life have been considered. The content, structure and components of professional skill have been discovered, the main functions and qualities required for a future specialist of stage director occupation have been defined. The author pointed out that the professional development, which is based on an individual`s fundamental, overall cultural training of high intellectual, moral potential, requiered new tecnologies.
Determening of the professional skill components allowed the author to clear up that their realization foresaw the integral development of a personality and in its turn, demands: intellectual, moral, ethical and aesthetical potentions from a personality as the basis of world outlook in any cultural and creative activity. Due to such approach the author came to conclusion that professional functions of modern director activity demanded specific interpretation and approaches to solution of creative tasks in creation of artistic image with the help of various theatrical means aiming with the help of various theatrical means aimed to aesthetical and upbringing impact.
The role of modern trends in director activity, especially in staging of mass performances has been determined in the thesis.
The author`s conception of director`s activity development based on the complex investigation of close interaction of all learning subjects determining humanitarian trend of director`s education, being aware of cultural priority as the active factor of public development has been formulated in the thesis.
In this case the main attention has been paid to overall human cultural values in connection with national investigations of the theoretical and practical development in director activity.
The programming and aiming approach to organizing of director training proccess, modern elaboration and programme variation modelation of director activity training, determining his qualificational characteristic and professional scheme permitted to provide the distinct planning of all kinds of studying work and to create the condition for effective achievement of given tasks.
The authors has elaborated the system of active methods for stage director training: creative and role playing games, situations in working places, exercises for development of creative abilities allowing to make the model of programming and aiming approach to stage director training and to provide such trends in his occupation: communicative and predicting, communicative and organizing. The whole complex, which is both goal and means of programme formation, is aimed to the interactive activity of the participants in mass theatrical performances.
The research investigated by the author gave the chance to formulate scientific and methodological conclusions about the necessity of further attention paid to the development of director activity as cultural phenomenon depending on the modern tendencies in cultural life of the country. The tendencies are conditioned by democracy raising in theatrical and artistic process, characterized by posibilities of various director technologies by individualization and differentiation of general and conceptual approach to theatrical genres. The author considers the modern director activity as the integral and dynamic phenomenon, as the process of creative realization and professional mastership of a creator. The author has defined the programme and objective approach to professional director training, to using various programmes of student professional training, to criterias of professional training and development of creative mastership.
The present investigation opens the perspectives of further development of modern director training technologies and their practical using in educational process of high and higher schools of culture and arts.
