dc.description	This research paper deals with topical problems of the study of local musical culture of different regions of Ukraine. The research also proves the importance of a new approach to regional studies, namely the perception of the musical oeuvre by the society. The concept of perception of the musical oeuvre is used in terms of denomination specific regional priorities of a composer’s work, their perception, understanding and interpretation. The perception of the musical oeuvre by the local audience may have the following characteristics: regional activity of a composer or people closely connected with the composer; the composer’s pieces of music being included into regional concerts and educational repertoires; local traditions and the composer’s heritage; scientific researches into the composer’s life and activity; public honouring celebrations – organization of anniversary ceremonies, exhibitions, museums, giving the name of the composer to public institutions, etc.; the impact of the composer’s work on the local culture, including music (both writing and playing), other art forms such as poetry, literature, painting. To define a complex of different perception directions and spheres of creativity in the region, we apply the term of the infrastructure of composer’s work. In current research, various historical, political, artistic and cultural factors and specific national concepts of the musical culture of Lviv predetermining regional peculiarities of perception of the musical oeuvre by the society are analyzed, in particular the works of such locally popular composers as F. Chopin, R. Wagner and F. Liszt. The research paper deals with the manifestations of public perception of the musical oeuvre of the selected composers, stages of their infrastructure development and implementation into musical life of the city, variables of such infrastructure in respect of historical, political, cultural and artistic situation in the region starting with the mid-19th century and up till nowadays. Thus, having collected, processed and analyzed the above and many more facts, we managed: firstly, to follow the variables in perception of the composer’s work during different historic periods; secondly, to reveal the period when the music of a certain composer was top popular in musical culture of the region and the factors stipulating this; thirdly, to formulate the basic principles of regional perception of the musical oeuvre and define the priorities and approaches to the study, as compared with other regions. To sum up all the above, we conclude the following: there is no universal model of perception of music, even if these are masterpieces of worldly recognized composers; their heritage is interpreted aesthetically and symbolically within the context of the cultural history of the region.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене розгляду актуальних питань та тематики вивчення музичної культури регіонів і територіально-адміністративних одиниць України, а також утвердженню нового напрямку регіональних студій – суспільної рецепції композиторської творчості. Розглядаються історико-політичні, національно-ментальні та мистецько-культурні чинники, які зумовлюють унікальність досліджуваного регіону. Такі чинники аналізуються на прикладі Львова та його музичної культури, як такі, що спричинили регіональну специфіку суспільної рецепції творчості особливо популярних, на локальних теренах, композиторів-романтиків – Ф. Шопена, Р. Ваґнера і Ф. Ліста. Аналізуються вияви суспільної рецепції щодо творчості обраних композиторів, етапи встановлення та адаптування їхньої інфраструктури в музичне життя міста, а також її видозміни в залежності від історико-політичної та мистецько-культурної ситуації краю від середини ХІХ століття до сьогодення.	uk_UA
