Abstract:
Дисертацію присвячено комплексному дослідженню професійно-діяльнісного середовища (ПДС) бібліотеки: чинникам його формування, структурі й управлінню. Визначено теоретико-методологічну базу дослідження. Надано цілісне уявлення про систему ПДС бібліотеки, елементи якого взаємопов’язані та взаємодоповнюють один одного і можуть існувати в режимі безпека/небезпека; систематизовано найголовніші негативні та шкідливі чинники ПДС, які створюють ризики і небезпеку, впливають на стан здоров’я персоналу; розширено уявлення щодо структури ПДС бібліотеки та його взаємозв’язку із кадровим та організаційним менеджментом; запропоновано системне управління ПДС, сукупність умов праці та стану безпеки і здоров’я персоналу в бібліотеках за часів інформатизації; розроблено модель управління ПДС, котра поєднує організаційні, економічні, функціональні, предметні, технологічні, виконавські, системні, цільові, якісні та середовищні елементи.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the professional-functional environment of the library: factors of the building, structure and management. The theoretical-methodological base of the research has been identified. The integral conception of the system of the professional-functional environment of the library; the main negative and harmful factors of the professional-functional environment, which create risks and danger and can have an influence on the health of the library staff while their performing professional tasks and a number of production processes, have been systematized; the notion of the structure of the professional-functional environment of the library and its interrelation with personnel and organizational management has been widened; the system management of the professional-functional environment of the library has been suggested; the library management model.
