Abstract:
У дисертації представлено результати дослідження трансформації
діяльності публічних бібліотек Поділля та теоретично обґрунтовано адаптацію
завдань і функцій цих книгозбірень в умовах гібридних загроз.
Висвітлено історіографію та нормативно-правову базу трансформації
діяльності публічних бібліотек в умовах гібридних загроз, представлено
систематизовану джерельну базу діяльності публічних бібліотек України,
теоретико-методологічні засади та уточнено поняттєво-категорійний апарат у
межах дисертаційного дослідження.Багатоплановість джерельної бази і
накопичені у науці узагальнення у сукупності дають змогу комплексно вивчити
специфіку трансформації діяльності публічних бібліотек Поділля в умовах
гібридних загроз

The thesis presents the results of research ofthe transformation of the activities
of public libraries in Podillia and theoretically substantiates the adaptation of the
tasks and functions of these book collections in the context of hybrid threats.
The historiography and regulatory framework for the transformation of public
library activities in the context of hybrid threats are highlighted, a systematized
source base for the activities of public libraries in Ukraine, theoretical and
methodological principles are presented, and the conceptual and categorical apparatus
within the framework of the dissertation research is clarified. The multifaceted nature
of the source base and the generalizations accumulated in science together make it
possible to comprehensively study the specifics of the transformation of public
library activities in Podillia in the context of hybrid threats.
