Abstract:
Міжособистісна та міжгрупова комунікація здійснюється в умовах значних
культурних розходжень її учасників. Ці культурні відмінності істотно впливають на процес створення і транслювання повідомлень, їхню інтерпретацію та сприйняття і зрештою на успіх комунікації. Маючи справу з ментальним фільтрами представників різних культур, необхідно враховувати значні культурні розходження, рівень комунікативної компетентності учасників процесу, нюанси передачі інформації, неявне знання, а також принципи комунікативної взаємодії.
Метою статті є дослідження ролі культури в процесі передачі та сприйняття інформації.
Методологія дослідження. Для проведення дослідження використані культурно-історичний, системний, дескриптивний та інтегративний підходи.

Interpersonal and intergroup communication is carried out under conditions of significant cultural differences of the participants. These cultural differences significantly
influence the process of creating and transmitting messages, their interpretation and perception and ultimately the success of communication.
