У роботі проаналізувано концептуальні та нормативно-правові засади
діяльності державних соціокультурних установ у період воєнного стану;
досліджено історико-культурну еволюцію та інституційну місію «Мистецького
арсеналу»; розкрито організаційно-правові та управлінські особливості
функціонування комплексу; розкрито специфіку менеджменту персоналу,
фінансового забезпечення та інформаційно-комунікативних ресурсів
установи; визначено особливості реалізації культурно-мистецьких,
дипломатичних, освітніх та видавничих програм установи у період воєнного
стану.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The study analyzes the conceptual and legal foundations of the activities of
state socio-cultural institutions during martial law; explores the historical and
cultural evolution and institutional mission of the “Mystetskyi Arsenal”; reveals the
organizational, legal, and managerial features of the complex’s functioning;
examines the specifics of personnel management, financial support, and the
institution’s information and communication resources; and identifies the
peculiarities of implementing the institution’s cultural-artistic, diplomatic,
educational, and publishing programs during martial law.
