У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичне і методичне
обґрунтування особливостей управління, планування та реалізації культурно-
мистецьких проєктів в Україні, в умовах гібридної війни. Авторка окреслила
критерії оптимізації менеджменту та підвищення його ефективності, проведено
аналіз особливостей планування та реалізації культурно-мистецьких проєктів в
Україні, в умовах гібридної війни. Визначивши методичні аспекти дослідження
менеджменту культурно-мистецьких проєктів в Україні авторка дійшла
висновку, що ця галузь вимагає комплексного та системного підходу до
управління, відповідно до сучасних світових тенденцій розвитку та ринкових
відносин. Використання компетентного інструментарію дозволяє
структурувати завдання та визначити ключові параметри оцінки ефективності
менеджменту культурно-мистецьких проєктів в Україні, в умовах гібридної
війни. Методологічна чіткість сприяє підвищенню якості планування та
реалізації культурних проєктів.

The qualification work explores the theoretical and methodological
substantiation of the features of management, planning and implementation of
cultural and artistic projects in Ukraine, in the context of hybrid war. The author
outlined the criteria for optimizing management and increasing its efficiency,
analyzed the features of planning and implementation of cultural and artistic projects
in Ukraine, in the context of hybrid war. Having identified the methodological
aspects of the study of the management of cultural and artistic projects in Ukraine,
the author concluded that this industry requires a comprehensive and systematic
approach to management, in accordance with modern world development trends and
market relations. The use of competent tools allows you to structure tasks and
determine key parameters for assessing the effectiveness of the management of
cultural and artistic projects in Ukraine, in the context of hybrid war. Methodological
clarity contributes to improving the quality of planning and implementation of
cultural projects.
