Короткий опис(реферат):
Дослідження магістерської роботи присвячено комплексному аналізу міжнародної підтримки культурної спадщини України в умовах російсько-української війни 2022–2025 років та визначенню особливостей взаємодії між державними, міждержавними та недержавними інституціями у процесах захисту, збереження й відновлення культурних цінностей. Об’єктом дослідження є система міжнародної допомоги у сфері охорони культурної спадщини України під час воєнного конфлікту, а предметом – механізми, інструменти та форми міжнародної підтримки, що застосовуються міжнародними організаціями, державами-партнерами, благодійними фондами й громадськими ініціативами. Метою роботи є виявлення ключових тенденцій, проблемних аспектів та перспектив розвитку міжнародної співпраці у сфері захисту культурної спадщини України в умовах сучасних збройних конфліктів.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The master’s thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of international support for Ukraine’s cultural heritage during the russian-Ukrainian war of 2022–2025 and to identifying the specific features of interaction between state, intergovernmental, and non-governmental institutions in the processes of protecting, preserving, and restoring cultural assets. The object of the research is the system of international assistance in the field of cultural heritage protection in Ukraine during the armed conflict, while the subject is the mechanisms, instruments, and forms of international support provided by international organizations, partner states, charitable foundations, and civil society initiatives. The aim of the study is to identify key trends, problematic aspects, and prospects for the development of international cooperation in the protection of Ukraine’s cultural heritage under the conditions of contemporary armed conflicts.
