Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено історичний шлях культурного розвитку
кримських татар, визначено ключові етапи інституційного становлення за часів
Кримського ханства, а також чинники, що спричинили стагнацію та руйнування
їхньої спадщини під впливом тривалої імперської політики, радянського панування
й анексії Криму. У дослідженні також теоретично обґрунтовано специфіку
менеджменту міжкультурних проєктів та роль громадських організацій як
мобільних суб’єктів культурної дипломатії. На прикладі діяльності ГО «Ель Чєбєр»
та реалізації мистецько-дослідницького проєкту «Qalqan/ Щит» висвітлено
механізми презентації кримськотатарського мистецтва на міжнародній арені.
Авторка доводить, що презентація кримськотатарської спадщини, зокрема
традиційних ремісничих технік у сучасній авторській інтерпретації, з
використанням методів соціокультурного проєктування дозволяє вивести
актуальний мистецький продукт на високий міжнародний рівень, посилюючи імідж
України за кордоном в умовах війни.
Description:
The thesis examines the historical path of the cultural development of the Crimean
Tatars, identifies the key stages of institutional formation during the Crimean Khanate and
analyzes the factors that caused the stagnation and destruction of their heritage under the
influence of long-term imperial policy, Soviet rule and the annexation of Crimea. The
study also theoretically substantiates the specifics of managing intercultural projects and
the role of non-governmental organizations as mobile actors in cultural diplomacy. Using
the activities of the NGO ‘El Cheber’ and the implementation of the art and research
project ‘Qalqan/ Shield’ as examples, the mechanisms for presenting Crimean Tatar art on
the international stage are highlighted. The author proves that the presentation of Crimean
Tatar heritage, particularly traditional craftsmanship in a contemporary author’s
interpretation, using methods of sociocultural design, allows bringing a relevant artistic
product to a high international level, thereby strengthening Ukraine’s image abroad in the
context of war.
