Короткий опис(реферат):
Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню культурної дипломатії як
складової соціокультурної сфери України та її ролі у формуванні ефективної
зовнішньополітичної стратегії держави. У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні та
нормативно-правові основи розвитку культурної дипломатії, її взаємозв’язок із
концепцією «м’якої сили» та значення у системі сучасних міжнародних
відносин. Досліджено наукове осмислення феномену «м’якої сили», розкрито
сутність та функції культурної дипломатії як інституту соціокультурної
взаємодії, а також проаналізовано нормативно-правові засади її становлення.
Розкрито організаційні аспекти культурно-дипломатичної діяльності
Міністерства закордонних справ України, зокрема механізми популяризації
національної культури та ролі підрозділів МЗС у реалізації культурно-
дипломатичних ініціатив. Висвітлено інституційне забезпечення культурної
дипломатії України, зокрема створення та функціонування Українського
Інституту, основні напрями його діяльності, а також роль громадських
організацій у просуванні культурної дипломатії на міжнародній арені.

The thesis is devoted to the study of cultural diplomacy as a component of the
socio-cultural sphere of Ukraine and its role in the formation of an effective foreign
policy strategy of the state. The paper analyzes the theoretical and regulatory and
legal foundations of the development of cultural diplomacy, its relationship with the
concept of "soft power" and its significance in the system of modern international
relations. The scientific understanding of the phenomenon of "soft power" is studied,
the essence and functions of cultural diplomacy as an institute of socio-cultural
interaction are revealed, and the regulatory and legal foundations of its formation are
analyzed. The organizational aspects of the cultural and diplomatic activities of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine are revealed, in particular, the mechanisms for
popularizing national culture and the role of the MFA units in implementing cultural
and diplomatic initiatives are revealed. The institutional support of cultural
diplomacy of Ukraine is highlighted, in particular, the creation and functioning of the
Ukrainian Institute, the main areas of its activity, as well as the role of public
organizations in promoting cultural diplomacy in the international arena.
