Abstract:
Магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню
державної грантової підтримки у сфері культури та креативних індустрій в
Україні, зокрема на прикладі діяльності Українського культурного фонду. У
роботі проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу, історію та сучасні підходи
до формування системи грантової підтримки, інституційну діяльність фонду,
процедури добору експертів та оцінювання культурно-мистецьких проєктів.
Окрему увагу приділено пріоритетним напрямам розвитку державної
грантової підтримки, включно з розширенням регіональної мережі
інституцій, впровадженням середньострокового фінансування, підвищенням
професійної компетентності експертів і застосуванням сучасних цифрових
технологій.
Description:
The master's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of state grant
support in the field of culture and creative industries in Ukraine, in particular on
the example of the activities of the Ukrainian Cultural Fund. The work analyzes
the regulatory framework, history and modern approaches to the formation of the
grant support system, the institutional activities of the fund, the procedures for
selecting experts and evaluating cultural and artistic projects. Special attention is
paid to priority areas for the development of state grant support, including the
expansion of the regional network of institutions, the introduction of medium-term
financing, increasing the professional competence of experts and the use of modern
digital technologies.
