Abstract:
Магістерська робота присвячена аналізу інформаційно-
документаційного забезпечення діяльності Пенсійного фонду України в
умовах цифровізації. Розкрито організаційно-правові засади та напрями
роботи ПФУ, особливості структури Головних управлінь і їхню роль у
ретроконверсії пенсійних справ. Охарактеризовано технології та етапи
оцифрування, окреслено проблеми процесу та роль вебдодатку
адміністратора Центру ретроконверсії. Проаналізовано сучасні цифрові
сервіси ПФУ й перспективи їх розвитку, зокрема впровадження ШІ та
автоматизації документних процедур.
Description:
The master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of information and
documentation support of the activities of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the
conditions of digitalization. The organizational and legal principles and directions
of the PFU's work, the features of the structure of the Main Departments and their
role in the retroconversion of pension cases are revealed. The technologies and
stages of digitization are characterized, the problems of the process and the role of
the administrator's web application of the Retroconversion Center are outlined.
The modern digital services of the PFU and the prospects for their development
are analyzed, in particular the implementation of AI and automation of document
procedures.
