У випускній кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено бібліотеку як соціально-
комунікативний простір діяльності бібліотечно-інформаційного фахівця; вивчено
теоретико-методологічні основи соціально-психологічних проблем у діяльності
бібліотекаря; окреслено психологічний стан бібліотечно-інформаційних фахівців у
кризових умовах; проаналізовано соціальну роль бібліотек під час війни; виявлено
основні проблеми та потреби бібліотечно-інформаційних фахівців; окреслено
напрями удосконалення соціально-психологічної підтримки бібліотекарів.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The final qualification work examines the library as a socio-communicative space
for the activities of library and information specialists; studies the theoretical and
methodological foundations of socio-psychological problems in the activities of
librarians; the psychological state of library and information specialists in crisis conditions
is outlined; the social role of libraries during the war is analyzed; the main problems and
needs of library and information specialists are identified; directions for improving the
socio-psychological support of librarians are outlined.
