Abstract:
У магістерській роботі досліджено процес цифровізації музейного контенту та сучасні підходи до комунікації музеїв з авдиторією через соціальні мережі. Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади цифрової комунікації у музейній сфері, проаналізовано ключові поняття, пов’язані з діджиталізацією, а також здійснено огляд наукової літератури та актуальних дослідницьких підходів до даної проблематики. Проаналізовано міжнародні практики цифрової комунікації музейних інституцій, зокрема успішні кейси використання соціальних мереж для поширення контенту, залучення авдиторій та формування віртуальної присутності музеїв. Окрему увагу приділено українському досвіду цифровізації та застосуванню соціальних мереж провідними музеями України. Проведено порівняльний аналіз українських і зарубіжних моделей цифрової комунікації, визначено спільні тенденції, відмінності, можливості та обмеження адаптації міжнародного досвіду в українському контексті. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності цифрової комунікації українських музеїв та запропоновано модель стратегії використання соціальних мереж для оптимізації взаємодії з авдиторією.

The thesis analyzes the digitalization of museum content and contemporary approaches to museum–audience communication through social media. It examines the
theoretical and methodological foundations of digital communication in the museum sector, analyzes key concepts related to digitalization, and provides a review of scholarly literature and current research approaches to this issue. International practices of digital communication in museums are considered, including successful cases of using social media for content dissemination, audience engagement, and building a museum’s virtual presence. Special attention is given to the Ukrainian context – digital practices and social media use by leading museums in Ukraine. A comparative analysis of Ukrainian and international models of digital communication is conducted, identifying common trends, differences, opportunities, and limitations in adapting international experience to the Ukrainian museum sphere. Based on the results, practical recommendations are proposed to enhance the digital communication of Ukrainian museums, along with a model strategy for the effective use of social media to optimize audience interaction.
